adding Postgresql yum repository - Fedora 10

download here your rpm
as root: rpm -Uvh 'file_rpm'
cd /etc/yum.repos.d
Edit fedora.repo and fedora-updates.repo [fedora] sections
Add exclude=postgresql* to the bottom of the section.
